Adam Bryanbaum Wiltzie “Salero (OST)”

Seemingly the soundtrack to a 2015 documentary film about the salt-flats of Bolivia (we had to Google it), “Salero” is a beautifully constructed piece of atmosphere. It has a gorgeous serene glacial splendour, with gentle sweeps and intricate sub-elements which we can only presume works perfectly with the films subject matter. It doesn’t outstay its welcome at around 30 minutes in length, but this is a weighty slab of modern classical music, which deserves attention. Gorgeous. 9/10
