Sheep on Drugs “Greatest Hits”

Bargain basement sleazy cabaret which works due to some great tunes, schlock showmanship and the fact the duo didn’t take themselves too seriously (if at all). “Greatest Hits” is a refreshed collection of their early singles – unfortunately, the “re-production” actually blunts the impact of the initial songs. Nonetheless, the album is an enjoyably dated, ridiculous romp with enough snarling vocal and acid house to keep things moving nicely.
